SungyoonTS Co., Ltd. was founded as automation equipment manufacturer in 2013 with accumulated technology and experience for 20 years. It has developed, produced, and supplied tire wrapping machine, green tire inside paint machines, and batch off machines for tire manufacturing plants by using process automation system. It has also effectively and economically developed and supplied the existing high-priced, imported products such as ultrasound cutting devices and special rubber goods.

1. Main Amplifier
The main amplifier converts the standard electrical power to high-frequency(40Khz) electrical energy. 

2. Tool Horn

1. The blade : The blade of the cutter is designed to cut tires with ultrasonic, transmitted from the booster. The quality of its material is different, depending on the condition.
2. The booster : It is also called the main horn, which either raises or the amplitude of the transducer. It uses Al(7075-T6511) to cut tires.

The converter : It serves as an energy conversion device, translating the input electrical energy into high frequency mechanical vibrations, which is ultrasonic.

1. Ordinary ultrasonic cutters are designed to cut fiber, plastic, rubber, non-woven and textile fabrics.
