1. Foam coated dust collection filter (3D-POREX)
The water-soluble emulsion polymer is manufactured by foaming the liquid to make an ultrafine pore of 8-15μm, drying it, and processing secondary water repellent and oil.
Traditional industrial nonwoven fabrics are made of fiber layers, so the size of micropores is between 15 and 25㎛, and the distribution rate of pores is not constant.
Our 3D-POREX has a constant pore size and excellent air permeability. It is suitable for business establishments where fine dust is difficult to collect as a nonwoven fabric.
The previous product above is a dust collection function with an average pore size of 10-15㎛, and we have continuously researched and developed a 5㎛ average pore size filter and are preparing for patent application (Patent no. 10-2011-0014682).

  1. Cartridge Filter
General cartridge filters are manufactured by processing and drying water-soluble emulsion polymers by impregnating them to produce primary processed products, followed by secondary water-repellent and oil-repellent processing.
It is economical because it is suitable for the temperature of use at 160℃ after processing, does not strain bending when bending, makes it firm so that it does not disturb the use of dust collection facilities, and has excellent ventilation and long-term use.
The high temperature cartridge filters use thermosetting water-soluble emulsion polymer and are suitable for high temperature over 200℃.
